how I became a freedive instructor

I’m Carlos, a freediving instructor from Berlin, born in 1984. Water has been part of my life since childhood, and in 2020 I turned freediving into my lifestyle. By April 2021 I was teaching, sharing my passion with others.
My approach is simple: create a safe, supportive space where you can face blockades, build confidence, and discover the joy of freediving. Whether it’s your first dive or you’re aiming for competition-level skills—I’ll guide you on your journey.
